Ink on gold-flecked red papers, each mounted with silk, unframed. Including eight calligraphies of auspicious sayings from Yu Youren (1879-1964), Sun Ke (1891-1973), Liang Hancao (1899-1975), Chen Cheng (1898-1965), Huang Guoshu (1905-1987), Xie Guansheng (1897-1971), Mo Dehui (1883-1968), and Ma Chaojun (1885-1977). Each signed with an artist seal and were dedicated for the seventieth birthday of Mr. Choushi and his wife, Mrs. Kuang.
