Brought to Canada from China during the 1950s by a Private Collection, Vancouver
With a large dragon head containing an open mouth and sharp teeth, moveable eyes and bushy whiskers, the body with detailed scales terminating in a raised tail with protruding spines, the boat featuring numerous immortals with characteristic attributes surrounding a three tiered pavilion supported by dragon columns, the sides with twelve young boys holding oars, the base with mark of Chen Guozhi within a double square. Wood handled storage box and custom display case.
