The censer with a faceted body containing four medallions with raised shishi lions, the corners with phoenixes and dripping ornaments, all raised on four columnar legs supported by a Buddhist-type base, the mouth with a pair of inverted 'U' shaped handles and all surmounted with a square cover and shishi finial.
