This Lot includes a 13 x 16 inch LG monitor, Mac Mini computer, charger, custom plexi casing, and back-up USB video file.

This work is edition 1/3.

Proscenium shows the stage of a dilapidated theatre, at the time the oldest building still standing (built in 1908, torn down in 2011) in the Pantages chain of Vaudeville theatres. The video is shot with two cameras turned on edge, so that each camera frames half of the stage. The resulting seam down the middle of the image is the site where various transformations, disappearances, and magic tricks take place.
