The Solaire Building is located in downtown Calgary's West End on the edge of the Eau Claire district, within walking distance of the community of Kensington and Prince's Island Park. With three floors of office space and a welcoming lobby and concierge, Solaire is Heffel Gallery Alberta's permanent home in Calgary.
Built in 2010, Solaire is located on the doorstep of the Bow River Pathway system and is adjacent to Calgary's C-train and the conveniences of downtown, including the Stephen Avenue Mall and the Plus 15 system of climate controlled walkways. Shopping, restaurants and hotels, indoor and outdoor parks and convenient parking are all within easy reach. The distinctive Solaire Building is fronted by a 230 foot curved glass curtain wall made of Low "E" glass that controls the transfer of radiant heat and light to both warm the interior and to protect it from the damaging effects of ultraviolet light.
